Nawaar Hassan is a barrister specialising in insurance, superannuation and industrial law. Her superannuation practice is focussed on disputes relating to member benefits and contributions.  She has particular experience in statutory superannuation schemes and defined benefit schemes, as well as the interaction between superannuation benefits and other entitlements.  Her insurance practice covers various areas of general insurance, financial lines and life insurance.  She also practices in industrial and employment law, with particular interest in disputes relating to employee entitlements and superannuation.
