NSW Chapter & The Law Society of NSW hybrid in person and online event – Impact of Integrity Agencies on Government Culture

The AIAL (NSW) Chapter and the Law Society NSW presents the hybrid in person and online event:  Impact of Integrity Agencies on Government Culture

About:

Professor Glyn Davis, Secretary of PM&C, has said that the new National Anti-corruption Commission will change behaviour within government. With the Commission due to commence on 1 July 2023, it is timely to reflect on the impact which other integrity agencies, especially ICAC, have had on shifting the culture within public agencies and the mechanisms by which such change may occur.

The NSW Chapter of the AIAL and the Law Society of NSW are pleased to present a group of eminent integrity experts at the State and Commonwealth level to discuss the topic. The NSW Auditor General, Margaret Crawford PSM, will deliver the principal address followed by a discussion of panellists comprising Prof John McMillan AO, Kieran Pender and John Renshaw. The event will be moderated by Andrew Chalk, Chair of Public Law Committee of the Law Society of NSW and executive member of the NSW Chapter of the AIAL.
