Michael Will address
Emeritus Professor Dennis Pearce AO, a Life Member of the AIAL, will deliver the Michael Will Address on Thursday 10 November 2022 commencing at 5.30pm (Aedst) in the Conference Room at Clayton Utz, New Acton Nishi Building, Level 10, 2 Phillip Law Street, Canberra ACT and online via Microsoft Teams. The topic will be ‘Context context context: The key to selling statutory interpretation’.
AIAL annual general meeting
Following the Michael Will address by Professor Pearce will be the annual general meeting of the Australian Institute of Administrative Law Incorporated also in the Conference Room at Clayton Utz, New Acton Nishi Building, Level 10, 2 Phillip Law Street, Canberra ACT and online via Microsoft Teams.
The meeting is open to all financial members of the Institute. Those members who are unable to attend the meeting but who wish to appoint a proxy may do so on the Form of Proxy attached in the notice below.
